Opening Service
Prices reflect refilling the pond with enough water to re-introduce the fish.
*It is the pond owner’s responsibility to continue to fill the pond to the proper level.

Pond Maintenance
This service is offered on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Please email us if you would like to be added to our schedule.
During our visit, we may perform some or all of the procedures listed below:
-Vacuum the bottom of the pond.
-Check the water chemistry.
-Check and clean intake of pump or pre-filter. Clean out skimmer basket if present.
-Spray and clean filter and filter pads. Backwash filter if necessary.
-Conduct partial water change if necessary.
-Check overall condition of pond and pond life.

Additional Fees
**Service Charge**
For any service not listed above (with the exception of consultations), there will be a minimum service charge of $125 house call. The cost for labor is $175 per hour.
***Gravel- We do not step inside a pond to clean if there is gravel on the bottom. If you would like the gravel removed , there will be an additional minimum fee of $250 for a small pond (5’x7’), $350 for an average pond 8’x11’). We will not remove gravel on ponds larger than 8’ x 11’. We are not responsible if the pond leaks from after removing the gravel. Leaks could already be present due to the gravel being on the liner. Concrete bottom ponds will not have this possible situation.
***Water additives- If any water additives are needed, an additional charge will be applied.
Water Treatments may include: Salt,Stress Coat, Carbon, PH Up, PH Down, Warm Water Bacteria, Cold Water Bacteria, PH Buffer, Melafix, Pimafix,Sludge Treatments, Montmorillonite Clay, Defoamer, Pond Tint or Barley.
